Detroit -- Both John J. Bravata and his 21-year-old son Antonio repeatedly invoked their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination and refused to answer Wednesday when questioned under oath about promises they made to investors in an alleged $53 million "Billionaire Boys Club" Ponzi scheme.
